Emily!!!! I've always been using Intuos3 size 4x6 since 2007. Cintiq would be awesome, but I don't dream of having a budget allocated to get it as an investment any quite soon either.
okok... and 4X6 is good for you? I'm thinking Intuos but not sure about the size. I have a 6X8 wireless Graphire and its shitty! It lags so much and the pressure sensitivity breaks all the time and its been discontinued anyway for good reason. HMPH.... =[ I was wondering if I need something more compact.
Yea 4x6 is the smallest size, I think? thus it was the cheapest. It works very well for me cos I'm very used to it.. though after a while everyday using Cintiq, it felt kind of hard to draw on Intuos3 for a bit. But it's been my good bud nonetheless. This one is not wireless though..
Wireless is bad!! Never get a wireless... it lags. I always end up zooming in and working small anyway so I don't use the whole surface. =P Thanks for the info! Miss you... =[
The whole surface of the wacom is more of the movement of our hand/arm exactly drawing it, I think. Mine still works very fine so no thought of getting a wireless one :) Intuos4 looks really nice, awesome design for the pen holder. Miss you too, Emily! Have you ever got something in your mailbox?
Random question, Tika... What size and what kind of Wacom do you use? I think mine is biting the dust and I can't afford a Cintiq. D:
