Mojave and birthday card

One sunny warm Sunday afternoon, my super good friend and I were on our way back home from our great weekend adventure and passing through Mojave, CA.

We saw something that was very amusing on the sidewalk right on the US-14.

Several mannequins, lower torso only, wearing different panties were displayed. I asked my dear friend to stop her car a bit so I could take a photo of her standing in between those since they had space. Occasionally she could be not cool and refused my brilliant idea.

To make it up, I made this for her birthday present wrapper last week with her in her outfit on that day.

I didn't dare to go all the way super curvy sexy, afraid if she would be upset at me! :p

A Prince's Birthday Card

Since my dear friend on the other side of the globe already received this card, I can share this now. I had tons of fun drawing this! Made with love and care though super late; the "Plant" thing is an internal joke.

Birthday Card for a Super Cool Dude!

Distraction from projects, or good distraction cos I had fun. Although I obviously had no idea what I was doing here! A birthday card for a very good friend of mine but I don't think I captured him well :/
One of the top coolest dudes I've ever known, full of energy and very inspiring!! Always great hanging out times and he taught me to do tubing at the river last Summer. He would share me his most honest thoughts to motivate me to make good work, and things to look at, including the animation in this animation show by Gainax. I tried to draw him in that show anime style but I didn't succeed to completely get out of my comfort zone. Anyway, this drawing is also to cheering him to finish his personal animation short on top of his longgg hours and days of profesional work.

Happy birthday, Super Adam!

A couple years ago Adam gave birth to Jeff the Robot, and his friend, a boy named Mo. So I drew a fanart and added the creation process on the covers of a moleskine sketchbook I gave to Super Adam Holmes for his birthday today!

I wrote with ink on the inside cover, hence it is a real deal contract with my impossible-to-copy-signature, that if within 6 months he fill up all of this little sketchbook pages, I'd get him a piece of cake. To think about it, that's totally too long of a given time, that made me too generous!! This sketchbook is small! I'm now regretting it but I already wrapped it up. Well, the size of the piece of cake wasn't stated... heheh.

Anyway, if you haven't seen Adam's film featuring Jeff the Robot, you definitely should check it out here! He finished this film while also being our loyal TA, in fact, he was our TA for 2 years in a row (total 6 quarters in a row). He really was a super TA and saved some of us who had problems throughout our filmmaking process.
He's also a very good friend and an amazing artist/designer too! FYI, he wears those type of glasses that totally makes him look like Clark Kent. My classmates made a legit Super Adam TShirt this past summer, and for sure I own one too :)

Happy Birthday Dude

A birthday card for a very good friend! Crayola crayons on Bristol paper.
I actually don't know much about most of his life prior I knew of his existence, so I hope no one gets offended or anything here.

Pam

Pamela is one of my good friends since the 10th grade when we were classmates that year. She's been very supportive to what I do in life and recently she found a sketch of mine posted on Cuter in Bunny Ears a year ago. Then she asked me to do a sketch of her riding a bike with bunny ears. She doesn't need any pair of bunny ears with the fact she's already cute, unique and super cool. Even though I'm unsatisfied with how it turned out, but still had fun. Thanks, Pam!

Happy B'Day

Quickly drew this out and rushing it, after realizing
today is the birthday of an amazing artist I met over this past summer.
It didn't turn out as I really expected.

There are spots that I should've done better

My monster is mad since I haven't drawn him for a while.

Thank you

I wanted to send a "Thank You" balloon instead of a thank you card to a friend I met last week..
but my monster popped it T___T

I just quickly & simply wrote it down on a sketchbook page then.
and gave my monster a big piece of paper so he could be involved as well.
(Why is the color always so off.. I have to do solve this problem).
