Random question, Tika... What size and what kind of Wacom do you use? I think mine is biting the dust and I can't afford a Cintiq. D:

Emily!!!!
I've always been using Intuos3 size 4x6 since 2007.
Cintiq would be awesome, but I don't dream of having a budget allocated to get it as an investment any quite soon either.

okok... and 4X6 is good for you? I'm thinking Intuos but not sure about the size. I have a 6X8 wireless Graphire and its shitty! It lags so much and the pressure sensitivity breaks all the time and its been discontinued anyway for good reason. HMPH.... =[ I was wondering if I need something more compact.

Yea 4x6 is the smallest size, I think? thus it was the cheapest. It works very well for me cos I'm very used to it.. though after a while everyday using Cintiq, it felt kind of hard to draw on Intuos3 for a bit.
But it's been my good bud nonetheless. This one is not wireless though..

Wireless is bad!! Never get a wireless... it lags. I always end up zooming in and working small anyway so I don't use the whole surface. =P Thanks for the info! Miss you... =[

The whole surface of the wacom is more of the movement of our hand/arm exactly drawing it, I think.
Mine still works very fine so no thought of getting a wireless one :)
Intuos4 looks really nice, awesome design for the pen holder.
Miss you too, Emily! Have you ever got something in your mailbox?
